Surprise! tgorg.com is back up after a year or so of downtime. Quite a few changes have been made under the hood during that time. We’re now running under WordPress (which I hope is easier to maintain than Drupal for these kinds of things), and the theme has also been completely changed. You’ll notice that things work well on a mobile phone now too. Cool!
Most of the posts and projects pages from previous versions of the site are intact, although the urls may have changed. Interestingly enough, I still have posts from the second version of my site floating around (for instance, you can read why I left myspace in all of it’s historical glory). I look back at these a cringe a little, although some are interesting.
My last post was 2010, and now it’s 2015. A lot has changed in 5 years, and a lot more has changed since I started tgorg.com in high school. I’ve just turned 30, and have a wife, an apartment, and a dog (never thought I would get a pet – although I was always hoping for one). And, I’ve learned a lot. God is constantly teaching things I never knew about myself. Hopefully I’m a bit wiser now, but I don’t want you to take my word for it. It’s my prayer that the things I write here going forward will exemplify this wisdom. So, read on, dear websurfer, and enjoy!
